Extreme thermal variation alters strain gauge resistance, while brutal gravel chatter introduces immense mechanical noise. In these conditions, capturing clean tangential pedal force data requires robust hardware and intelligent algorithms.

As we ascend into thinning air, instrument reliability becomes paramount. A ruggedized casing protects the internal sensors from dampness and physical impact. Off-grid logging ensures every pedal stroke is recorded. High-frequency vibration damping is implemented mechanically to shield the sensitive silicon elements from the harsh road feel of alpine gravel.
